Special Cocktail

Sustainable Cocktail - Bu Nga

Inspired by Southern Thailand, Bu-Nga blooms with flavors of Khao Yum. Crafted with local herbs, sustainable ingredients, and garden-picked flowers, this cocktail brings a fragrant, colorful taste of nature to your glass.

A Southern Thai-inspired creation, crafted with sustainability in mind.

Named after the Thai word "Bu-Nga," meaning flower, this cocktail blooms with inspiration drawn from Khao Yum—the vibrant Southern Thai rice salad. This colorful dish features blue pea flower-infused rice, fresh herbs, shredded vegetables, toasted coconut, and dried shrimp, all brought together with a tangy-sweet fermented fish sauce dressing (Nam Budu).

Bringing this inspiration to the glass, Bu-Nga is designed with sustainability at its core. We use easily accessible ingredients to minimize waste, repurpose Thai herbs from our kitchen, and source local silver fish to reduce long-distance transport. A final touch of fresh flowers, handpicked from our on-site herb garden, adds a fragrant, floral twist—bringing nature straight to your glass.
